The proposal shall be submitted to WWF-Viet Nam no later than 3 PM, 7^th May 2020 by email to procurement@wwf.org.vn. The subject of the email should be clearly marked “Ref 30.20: Supply a car for CarBi 2 project.”
Bids received after the submission deadline will be rejected. As an email with attachments may take some time to reach our designated mailbox (mentioned aboved), we advise all bidders to email us your proposal well before the deadline. Please kindly note that each email submission may not exceed 25MB in size.
Bidders shall submit original proposals if required by WWF-Viet Nam.
