Position title:    Finance Specialist, Asia Pacific 
Reports to:       Regional Financial Manager, Asia Pacific 
Location:          Hanoi - Vietnam 

WWF Asia Pacific oversees the Country Offices that are managed by WWF International (Greater Mekong- Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam); Pacific- Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands; Mongolia and China). We work to conserve the region’s biodiversity and build a secure and sustainable future for people and wildlife 

WWF Asia Pacific request an Accounting service from a Professional Companies woring as short-term Finance Specialist.

Terms of Reference 
- Work with Country Offices to co-ordinate, consolidate quarterly Key Performance Indicators and ensure the correctness of the inputted data.  
- Coordinate and consolidate Audit logs. 
- Coordinate and consolidate annual bank survey for country offices. 
- Review country offices trial balance, undertake analysis and follow up on any outstanding action points. 
- Support in reviewing year-end reporting package. 
- Support in reviewing Country offices annual budget and quarterly forecast. 
- Support implementation of finance business intelligence database platform project. 
- Assist country offices to complete the Internal Control Systems Matrix. 
- Coordinate lessons learnt and capacity building and training initiatives. 
- Coordinate and support Financial Manager, Asia Pacific. 
- Provide training on Oracle Light for country offices as and when needed. 
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when needed. 

The short term Finance Specialist is responsible to provide 12 months support to the Regional Financial Manager, Asia Pacific based in Hanoi, Vietnam. 

 This role will require regional coordination across multi time-zone and working with different cultures.
