WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation would like to invite Bidders who are interested in our tender package: National Consultancy for Development of Regulations on Coordination, Management and Use of ODA fund, loans and other sources of foreign non-governmental aids to MARD".

Specification: please see the attached Term of Reference.

HOW TO APPLY:

The application dossier will include:

•  CV proven relevant qualification and experience
• Proposed gross consultant fee per day and the total cost of the assignment

 The candidates on the shortlist will be invited for an interview and assessed according to the criteria mentioned above following the consultant qualification selection
 
Details of submission:
1.  Please send the application to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at gam.phamthi@wwf.org.vn; and mai.nguyenvan@wwf.org.vn . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “[Consultant’s name]- FY22-1176 BCA "Development of Regulation".

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

2. Consultants may also submit their application directly to the address of WWF-Vietnam. The documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, the outside of which should be clearly marked: [Consultant’s Name]-FY22-1176 BCA “Development of regulation”- DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

Note: Consultants choose one of two methods of submitting Proposal. WWF-Vietnam encourages Consultants to submit their Proposal via email to reduce the use of paper-based products.

Deadline for submission: on or before 11:30 a.m, May 18^th , 2022 (Hanoi time – ICT).
