WWF-Viet Nam would like to request for proposals from eligible national consulting companies, research institutes and professional organizations (hereinafter-called Consultants) who are interested in the who are interested in conducting the environmental DNA analysis for fauna monitoring in Vu Quang National Park, Ha Tinh province, Viet Nam.
The bidding will be conducted through the International Competive Bidding procedures as specified in this Invitation to Bid, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the USAID Standard Provisions M6 – Procurement Policies for Non-U.S based Organizations. Therefore, procurement sources must be from the United States, Viet Nam, and developing countries other than advanced developing countries, but excluding any country that is a prohibited source. The Geographic code 937 applies to the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project. For more detailed information on the Geographic code 937, please refer to:

HOW TO APPLY:
Bidders are invited to submit their bids by email. Bidders who submit electronic proposals must follow the following submission instructions:

Bidders can submit a Bid by email with a technical proposal and financial proposal in one bid;

The Bid shall be protected by a password, which shall be kept with the bidders. The purchaser would then request the password to open the file well before the Bid opening time. However, if the company loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, Purchaser would not assume responsibility.

The electronic file shall be in the form of MS Word or MS Excel or PDF.

Please send the electronic Bid to procurement@wwf.org.vn. Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY23-0054/BCA- [name of bidder]- Environmental DNA analysis for fauna monitoring”. Please be aware that a Bid emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if it is received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline.

Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that Purchaser can receive is 25MB.
