WWF- Viet Nam, Saving Threatened Wildlife project cordially invites consultants to submit their proposals for the tender package: " Development of project website".
Details of the ToR can be found in the attached ToR_FY23-0150 STW

How to apply:

The candidate should submit the following documents:
1. A financial proposal (in Vietnamese Dong and including VAT);
2. A detailed work plan with timeline and man-day;
3. Company profile;
4. Updated CVs of technical team members;
5. Previous experience proofs covering clients and contact, duration, specific services, scale and format, and technical leaders. Provide at least 3 developed websites with 3 different clients.

Consultants can consider using our technical and financial proposal as in our attached Technical and financial templates for reference to replace documents.1 and No. 2 (this is not a mandatory requirement)

Details of submission:
1.  Please send the application to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at gam.phamthi@wwf.org.vn ; and phuong.tranthai@wwf.org.vn. Your e-mail must have the subject heading as [Consultant’s name]- FY23-0150 STW “Development of project website ”

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

2. Consultants may also submit their application directly to the address of WWF-Vietnam. The documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, the outside of which should be clearly marked: as “[Consultant’s name]- FY23-0150 STW “Development of project website”_DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

Deadline for submission: on or before 11:30 a.m, 23rd August 2022 (Hanoi time – ICT).
 
Note: Consultants choose one of two methods of submitting Proposal. WWF-Vietnam encourages Consultants to submit their Proposals via email to reduce the use of paper-based products.
 
Applications will be treated in confidence. Due to the volume of applications, we receive, only short-listed candidates will be contacted, and the submitted papers cannot be returned.
