WWF-Viet Nam: Request for Proposals: An assessment of stocks and extraction/production potentials of sustainable alternative sources to river sand (Lot 1B)

Tender Ref.: FY22-1436; Project name: “Drifting Sands: Mitigating the impacts of climate change in the Mekong Delta through public and private sector engagement in the sand industry”
WWF-Viet Nam would like to call for proposals from eligible Consultants who are interested in and qualified to conduct our assignment of Consultancy services for An assessment of stocks and extraction/production potentials of sustainable alternative sources to river sand (Lot 1B).

Specific and detailed information of the assignment can be found in the attached Term of References and related templates.

HOW TO APPLY:


Qualified and interested candidates are hereby requested to bid (either as a team or individually). The tender should contain the following:
  • A technical proposal with brief description of why the consultant considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a detailed clear methodology, on how they will approach and complete the assignment.
  • Financial proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs (In Euro).
  • The technical proposal should also contain personal CV (3 pages max) and as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the candidate, a list of relevant previous assignments/contracts.
Proposals need to be submitted in electronic version (PDF) to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at anh.hahuy@wwf.org.vn; and cc to: procurement@wwf.org.vn. Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY22-1436- [name of consultant submitting] - IKI SMP Assessment of stocks and extraction/production potentials of the sustainable alternatives to river sand_ Lot 1B”.

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

The deadline for submission is on April 21, 2023 - 17:00 ICT

Please be aware that proposals emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline.
Only selected candidate(s) will be contacted about the outcome of their tender.
