WWF-Vietnam would like to invite prospective bidders to submit sealed bids for the package to purchase smartphone, waterproof for smartphone, shockproof for smartphone (case) and power banks.

Detailed bidding process information can be found in the attached Bidding document. 

HOW TO APPLY:

 Bidders can submit a Bid by email with a technical proposal and financial proposal in one bid;

• The Bid shall be protected by a password, which shall be kept with the bidders. The purchaser would then request the password to open the file well before the Bid opening time. However, if the company loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, Purchaser will not assume responsibility.
• The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF.
• Please send the electronic Bid to procurement@wwf.org.vn . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY24-0229 & FY24-0233 BCA-[name of bidder]-Smartphone-Waterproof-Shockproof case for smartphones and power banks-Bid submission”
• Please be aware that a Bid emailed to WWF-Vietnam will be rejected if it is received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take sometime to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline.
• The maximum size per email that the Purchaser can receive is 25MB.

The deadline for Bid Submission is on 13th October, 2023 at 11:30 (ICT).

Any bid received by the Purchaser after the deadline for submission of bids shall be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the Bidder.
