WWF-Việt Nam: Request for Proposals: Survey knowledge, attitudes and practices of fishing communities on Nam Du, Ba Lua and Hai Tac islands towards combating IUU fishing and fisheries co-management, and develop corresponding communication plan
WWF-Viet Nam would like to request proposals from eligible national consulting firms, research institutes, or a group of consultants (hereinafter called Consultants) who are interested in conducting the assignment of Survey knowledge, attitudes and practices of fishing communities on Nam Du, Ba Lua and Hai Tac islands towards combating IUU fishing and fisheries co-management, and develop corresponding communication plan.
The selection will be conducted through the Simplified Quality and Cost Based (Simplified QCBS) method as specified in this Request for Proposals and is open to all eligible Consultants.
The proposal must be submitted on or before December 19, 2023 17:00 (ICT). Late submissions will be rejected.
