"Over the past year we have continued to increase our impact in addressing the critical threats to biodiversity, while we also focused on stimulating creative approaches to sustainable food production, reducing leakage 
of plastic waste into the oceans, and designing and executing programmes that confront the climate crisis.

As we reflect on our accomplishments this past year, we are also planning how to leverage human and financial resources to catalyse sustainable practices that provide a good standard of living for people, while protecting the natural systems that sustain people and nature. I am challenging our team to think about a long-term strategy for Viet Nam that can truly “bend the curve” to create a natural positive future. To do so will require more urgent prioritisation on restoring degraded natural systems."
