Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) is an approach that ensures all people have equitable opportunities to participate in, access, and benefit from resources, services, and decision-making processes. It also recognizes and considers their diverse needs, capacities, and perspectives.
This approach acknowledges that certain groups, such as women, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, people living in poverty, and other vulnerable populations, often face social, economic, cultural, or institutional barriers. These barriers can increase their risk of exclusion from development opportunities and decision-making processes.

GEDSI promotes inclusion and empowerment of vulnerable groups through four key pillars:

Young people are the drivers of tomorrow’s environmental solutions. Engaging them today means nurturing critical thinkers and responsible citizens who respect the natural world.  
At WWF‑Viet Nam, we believe that when young people are connected to nature, equipped with the right skills, and given space to lead, they can become powerful agents of change for both people and the environment.
